Shipping

We offer ground shipping with UPS and/or FedEx for domestic U.S. orders, depending on the items shipped. Domestic shipping cost is dependent on the item(s) you have selected to order; however, orders $149+ will be eligible for free shipping. 

International orders are not available at this time but we are working to offer.

All products purchased on the AY Brands Co. website, items from the Olivia & Bay collections, the Just Alina l.e. Collection, and the Alina Wyn wall art collections are handcrafted original custom-made items so please allow a minimum of 5-7 business days for your product to be created, unless otherwise specified with your order details. If you ordered an exclusive, personalized item(s), please allow 1-3 weeks for your item to be made before it is shipped, unless otherwise specified with your order details. With the Limited Edition Collection, once an item is SOLD OUT, that particular Design Style & SKU number will no longer be available for purchase and the item may not be available in the future. Please note that shipping times vary depending on the destination. All packages will have a tracking number and you will be notified via email once your order has shipped.

Want your order faster? Contact us for express shipping. You will be charged a shipping fee for the express option you choose. Contact us at orders@aybrands.com. Write, "Express Shipping" in the subject line.

When sending a request for Express Shipping:
  • Write "Express Shipping" in the Subject Line.
  • Note Your Full Name and Contact Phone Number within the Message.
  • Note Your Order Number with the Message. (This is very important)
  • Do you want the entire order shipped via Express Shipping?
  • Do you want just a particular item within your order shipped via Express Shipping?


Returns + Exchanges

Our customers are our highest priority and your satisfaction is what we strive for everyday and with every handmade piece. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact us at orders@aybrands.com

Please note:  Because of the sensitive nature of the products AY Brands sale - including Olivia & Bay exclusive originals, Just Alina l.e. Collection, and Alina Wyn wall art and home décor; we are not able to accept returns or exchanges once the item has been opened except in defect due to craftsmanship. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the unopened product for store credit or a full product refund (if applicable). If there is a defect in the craftsmanship of the product you purchased from AY Brands Co., Olivia & Bay, or Just Alina l.e. Collection, please contact us immediately at orders@aybrands.com.

We accept returns on all regularly priced, non-personalized items within 15 days of receipt. Returns can only be exchanged for the same or like item (if applicable). We do not accept returns for magazine orders as orders are final sale. If the item was purchased from the Limited Edition Collection and the item Design Style & SKU number is no longer available, we will issue a store credit. Gift items can be returned in exchange for store credit ONLY. To exchange an unwanted item, you must contact customer care within 10 days of receiving your order. Please visit Customer Care.

When sending a Return & Exchange email, please write, "Return & Exchange Item" in the subject line and we will email you a Return Authorization Code. Note that no returns can be accepted without an RAC. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost associated with returning your unwanted item(s) to AY Brands Co. We recommend shipping with tracking and insurance as AY Brands Co. will not be responsible for lost or damaged returns.

To return your unwanted item: Item must be in its original packaging, a copy of your receipt or confirmation email is required with your returned item, tag must still be affixed to the product (if applicable), item must be clean and unused, and returned in the original condition in which you received it. Your exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of AY Brands Co. receiving your original item. You will be notified via email that your exchange credit has been processed, the amount of your credit, and how to redeem your credit. If applicable, you will be notified once your new item has shipped.

If there is a defect with your product due to craftsmanship, please contact us immediately at orders@aybrands.com. At AY Brands Co. we want all our customers to be happy and satisfied with their purchase. IMPORTANT NOTE:  Once the 15 days have lapsed, we cannot offer a return or exchange.
